TRUSTODI itself does not directly hold financial licenses but connects users to licensed financial service providers through our website, mobile applications, Telegram bot, and other digital interfaces (collectively, the “Services”).

1.3 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

1.4 Nature of Services

You understand and acknowledge that: – TRUSTODI acts as a technology intermediary and API aggregator – Actual financial services are provided by our licensed partners – TRUSTODI facilitates connections but does not directly provide financial services – All transactions are processed through regulated third-party providers

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To use our Services, you must: – Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction – Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement – Not be a resident of a prohibited or restricted jurisdiction – Not be listed on any government sanctions list – Provide accurate and complete registration information

3.2 Service Providers

We work with licensed third-party financial service providers and payment processors to deliver our Services. You acknowledge and agree that: – Third-party terms and conditions may apply – Service availability depends on third-party providers – We are not liable for third-party service failures – All financial services are provided by regulated entities in their respective jurisdictions

11.3 Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL TRUSTODI BE LIABLE FOR: – Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages – Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities – Damages exceeding the fees paid for the specific transaction – Acts or omissions of third-party service providers – Failures of licensed partners to perform their services

11.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TRUSTODI, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from: – Your violation of these Terms – Your use of the Services – Your violation of any laws or regulations – Your negligence or willful misconduct – Your interactions with our licensed partners
